These images are the result of an activity in which students must create an illustration as a «Splashart», cover or promotional image celebrating the launch of a license.
The type of image and its content must always be of characters and elements of the chosen license. The graphic style and finishing techniques may be diverse, encouraging the personal look of each artist.
In this case, the launch of Pokémon Scarlet and Purple, whose inspiration has been much talked about as being inspired by the Iberian peninsula, led to work on the concept of what the imagined license would look like in Barcelona.
It is a reference artistic training center in Europe specialized in comics and illustration with more than 40 years of experience and more than 15,000 students who have passed through its classrooms.
