On Saturday, May 6, the MNAC opened its doors to bring art to all audiences.
In addition to being able to enjoy the great collection of the museum, there were also activities such as the activation of new works with a guide, open viewpoints, cafeteria, terraces and even a concert!
The MNAC invited the students of Joso to make the graphic chronicle of the event and it was an incredible experience.
At the beginning we went as a group but, little by little and bewitched by the enveloping artistic atmosphere, each artist was distributed throughout the rooms of the museum, looking for inspiration in specific works.
Those of us who were able to observe how they drew, the concentration, the abstraction, the power of mimicking each work to transfer it to paper was amazing.
Later, we met again at the viewpoint on the top floor of the MNAC to continue sketching in the daylight in front of spectacular views of Barcelona.
If you still don’t have a plan for this Saturday, the activities of the Museu Nacional de Catalunya will be repeated every weekend.
Do you want to go to draw at MNAC? We have good news. If you show your Joso card at the entrance, you can enter whenever you want. Are you up for it?
SPOILER ALERT! A surprise is coming.
It is very possible that something very cool will happen with the drawings made by the Joso people 😉.
