How to apply for registration at the Consulate General of Japan in Barcelona
- Enrollment period: April 14 through July 7, 2023, inclusive (all documents must have arrived by that date).
- Regarding applications, please note the following constituencies:
- Consulate General of Japan in Barcelona: Autonomous Communities of Catalonia, the Valencian Community and the Balearic Islands
- Consulate of Japan in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria: Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands
- Embassy of Japan in Spain: rest of the Autonomous Communities
- To register, please fill in the following form
- After filling in the form, the Consulate General of Japan in Barcelona will contact the Consulate General through the email address provided in the application and will indicate the procedure for sending the work, for which there are three options:
- (a) Submit ONE copy in electronic format (PDF)
- (b) Submit TWO copies in hard copy format.
- (c) Submit ONE copy in hard copy format and ONE copy in electronic format (PDF)
- After filling in the form, the Consulate General of Japan in Barcelona will contact the Consulate General through the email address provided in the application and will indicate the procedure for sending the work, for which there are three options:
