FIRST. The company ESCUELA DE COMIC S.L. (ESCOLA JOSO), with address in Barcelona, Calle Entença, 163, 08029, organizes, from the 20th to the 29th of February 2024, four draws for the people who fulfill the requirements that will be exposed below and that will allow to win, for each one, four tickets to attend the Salón del Cómic de València to be held on March 1, 2 and 3, Merchandising of the artists Carles Dalmau, Judit Mallol, Míriam Bonastre and Laia López (depending on the draw to which one chooses) and an online summer course of Comic or Manga of the Escola Joso. The aforementioned company will be responsible for these draws and reserves the right to end them at any time or to extend the period of participation.
The present sweepstakes will take place on the Instagram accounts @escolajoso, @saloncomicvalencia and the artists @juditmallolart, @carles_dalmau, @miriambonastre and @itslopez.
SECOND.- DEFINITIONS:
Drawing shall be understood as: The promotion(s) consisting of offering an incentive as a result of participation in the same.
THIRD.- The main OBJECTIVE of this promotion is to attract and retain potential future students and/or clients, as well as followers on the aforementioned Instagram accounts.
FOURTH.
– The sweepstakes consist of participating through Instagram by following the instructions in the sweepstakes publications in order to access the prizes mentioned above.
FIFTH – By the mere fact of participating in these sweepstakes, participants accept without reservation these Rules, as well as the criteria that ESCOLA JOSO and SALÓN DEL CÓMIC DE VALÈNCIA will use to resolve any question related to this sweepstakes.
SIXTH.- After the drawings, the winner will be personally notified of his or her status as a winner via Instagram on February 29.
In the event that the winner is unable to respond in time or cannot be located, the winner will forfeit his/her rights and the prize will be awarded to a new winner.
It is not possible to transfer the prize to another person designated by the winner.
In case of refusal, the prize will be transferred to another person who also participated in the drawing.
SEVENTH.- The prize will be awarded on February 29th, after the effective response on the acceptance of the prize by the participant.
Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged for a different prize(s) or for cash.
To claim in case of error in the prize obtained, the winner will have to send a letter to ESCOLA JOSO, C/ Entença, nº 163 08029 (Barcelona) or through the following e-mail address leticia@escolajoso.net, specifying the error in the prize and the need to change it within seven calendar days.
In the event that the prize is not available for reasons beyond the control of the school or the organization of the Salón del Cómic de València, they undertake to replace it with another product of equivalent nature and value.
EIGHTH.- By participating in this sweepstakes and, provided that the participant’s data are collected through Instagram, the winner authorizes ESCOLA JOSO and SALÓN DEL CÓMIC DE VALÈNCIA to publish, both on social networks, as well as on their website or other electronic or paper media, their name, place of residence, as well as any other type of data collected on Instagram. The dissemination of this information under the aforementioned conditions does not open the right to any other financial consideration for your benefit, except for the delivery of your prize/s.
In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/ 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Escuela de Comic s.l. (Escola Joso) informs you that the data you have provided us have been integrated into the customer/student management file, whose responsible is Escuela de Comic s.l. (Escola Joso) that will use them to keep in touch with you and send you information about our new products, services, promotions, activities or events.
This information will be treated with the utmost privacy, confidentiality and security in accordance with current legislation.
